‘AIM High, Achieve even higher’ this is the motto the WSP Brothers live by! The basic design of a structure only gives strength to the building. But a building’s true fate lies in its safety systems. With this idea in mind, these two young brothers; Ashmit Sharma and Akshaj Sharma started their firm with an aim to start a revolution and leave their mark in the MEP industry. Ashmit’s father’s 25 year old successful trading venture gave him the courage and much needed head start to pursue his vision and dream thus introducing his innovative brainchild! Their father’s encouraging attitude along with his support towards their dream, made it possible for the brothers to go ahead with their idea. They believe that their father is the backbone and the cogwheel of motivation in their lives and a big part of their success.
After completing his graduation in economics, Ashmit Sharma started off with an idea which then developed into their now successful venture, W.S Electromech Projects Pvt. Ltd. He started the venture in 2011 with a solo aim of moving ‘towards a safer world’, contributing his part to the society and has never looked back since. Akshaj Sharma, Ashmit’s brother, joined the company in 2013 after completing his MBA in International Business. Ever since, the brothers have made it their life mission to do everything to make this firm a success. The company has only grown and flourished with each passing day owning to these young men’s efforts and visionary ideas.
The thing that makes W.S Elecctromech Projects Pvt. Ltd stand out from other competing firms is their excellent quality coupled with their ever so prompt punctuality! To make sure that no compromises are made during production, they travel around the globe and attend international seminars in order to learn abuout new, more efficient and latest technologies and innovations in the safety systems. They also make sure to keep their employees up-to-date with all the innovations and add to their skills by giving them opportunities to attend valuable seminars. The company’s prime focus has always been on quality of the product since the time of its incorporation in 2011. In order to keep the quality in check even the workers are made to use the best quality gadgets during production. The firm’s dedication to complete every project before the committed deadline makes it the top choice amongst its clients.
WSP has come a long way since it was established. The company has been associated with numerous big names in the market including as Flipkart ,ATS Infrastructure, Nippon paints, Jaypee, DMRC, Dinesh Chandra, L&T to name few. The two brothers’ vision and dedication to keep growing and flourishing is the main driving force behind their success. Since the very beginning, it was their dream to make their venture recognized internationally. The brothers’ hard work and efforts have finally brought them one step closer to achieving their international dream! WSP just bagged a 2 year ICP development project in Biratnagar by Nepal government making them the first MEP Indian Company to do that.
This seems to be the perfect time for them to take on to this opportunity owing to their expanded knowledge and experience in the field. They have made sure to familiarize themselves with the surrounding and to gain the exposure needed for a project as huge as this one which makes them more than capable of exploring new sectors as well. Nepal is probably the best place to start their international journey as there are a number of opportunities available for new comers in Nepal. On being asked to comment over their new-found international identity, the brothers said “Nepal is the land of opportunities right now. We will try our level best to cover up as much demands as possible. We are allocating a special team for the marketing and execution in the major cities of Nepal”
Although this is a major project which requires determination, motivation and hard work, both Ashmit and Akshaj have bigger plans for the future. Their next goal is to flourish further and enter the markets in South East Asia and Gulf by 2020. With their kind of dedication, hard-work and commitment towards their work, this goal although ambitious, seems achievable!
